Alicante

Alicante is a popular tourist city of 332,000 people in the Valencian Community of Spain. It is the capital of Alicante province and a historic Mediterranean port. The city has become a hub of tourism directed to the beaches of the Costa Blanca.

Elche

Elche is in the Valencia region, southeastern Spain. Elche is the Spanish name of the city, and it is also known by its Valencian name Elx.

Benidorm

Benidorm is a seaside city on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. It has a large Spanish population and a large retired British population. Tree-lined wide avenues give a feeling of space, and there are over a thousand places to eat and drink and watch the town in full swing.

Torrevieja

Torrevieja is a coastal town and center of tourism in the south of Alicante province in Costa Blanca, Spain. It is situated within the district of Vega Baja and has a population of 90,000 inhabitants.

Dénia

Dénia is a small tourist city on the southeastern coast of Spain, to the north of Alicante province. It has a population of around 40,000, although this can be more than doubled by tourism during the summer months.

Calpe

Calpe is a town in the Costa Blanca region of Alicante, Spain. It is a very popular tourist resort, especially with British and German tourists, and also has a large expat community.

Altea

Altea is a charming seaside town of 22,000 people on the Costa Blanca of Alicante province. Visitors are drawn by its good weather, its beaches and its charming old town.

Xàbia

Xàbia is in the Costa Blanca region in Alicante, Spain. The town has three main areas, namely Xàbia old town, Xàbia port, and the beach area. The old town has not changed much and is a maze of narrow winding streets with homes that have wrought iron balconies and windows in Gothic style, and a number of ancient churches and other structures.

Santa Pola

Santa Pola is in the province of Alicante, around 20 km south of the city. The main attractions of Santa Pola are its historical remains, its port, its salt flats and its beaches with the blue flag, a symbol of environmental quality awarded by the European Foundation for Environmental Education.

Moraira

Moraira is an upscale seaside resort on the Costa Blanca, Alicante. The town is very popular with foreign visitors and retirees, and its population balloons in the summer.

Estadio José Rico Pérez is a multi-purpose stadium in Alicante, Spain. It is currently used mostly for football matches, being home to Hércules CF. It also hosted World Cup matches when Spain organized the event in 1982.

Alicante Terminal is the central railway station of Alicante, Spain. Commonly referred locally as the Renfe station, the station is part of Adif system, and is a terminal station.

Santa Bàrbara Castle

Santa Bàrbara Castle is a fortification in the center of Alicante, Valencian Community, Spain. It stands on Mount Benacantil bordering the sea, which gave it enormous strategic value since from it you can see the entire bay of Alicante and its land surroundings.
