Astana

Astana, in the north of Kazakhstan on the banks of the Esil river, is the capital and the second largest city of the country. Modern Astana is a planned city, designed by Japanese architect Kisho Kurokawa.
Pavlodar

Pavlodar is a city in northeastern Kazakhstan. It is the capital of the Pavlodar Province and has a population of 354,000.
Kostanay
Kostanay or Qostanai is a city located on the Tobol River in northern Kazakhstan. It is the administrative center of the Kostanay Region. As of 24 March 2022, the city's governor is Marat Zhundubayev.

Kokshetau

Kokshetau is a city of 151,000 people in the north of Kazakhstan, part of the former Soviet Union, and sits on the shore of Lake Kopa Kona, though the urban design doesn't seem to embrace it much.
Burabay National Park
The Burabay State National Nature Park is a national park located in Burabay District, Aqmola Region, Kazakhstan, which covers a vast area of 129,935 hectares, with a significant portion of the land covered by forests, lakes, and diverse landscapes, including the Kokshetau Massif, part of the Kokshetau Hills.
Naurzum State Nature Reserve

Naurzum State Nature Reserve is in the Kazakhstani North. Together with the Korgalzhyn Nature Reserve it forms a UNESCO World Heritage site.
