Moselle Valley

The Moselle Valley is one of five regions of Luxembourg, located along the eastern border with Germany.

Schengen

Schengen is a village of 4,800 people in far south-eastern Luxembourg near the tripoint where the borders of Germany, France, and Luxembourg meet. Schengen is known because the Schengen Agreement, which abolished passport controls between most EU members, was signed here in 1985.

Grevenmacher

Grevenmacher is a commune in Eastern Luxembourg, on the river Moselle, which makes up the border with Germany. It is located in the county and district of the same name.

Remich

Remich is a town in southeast Luxembourg with around 3,000 citizens. It, like Grevenmacher, is on the left bank of the river Moselle, which makes up the border between Luxembourg and Germany.

Mondorf-les-Bains

Mondorf-les-Bains or Mondorf for short, is a spa town in southeastern Luxembourg. Its facilities are among the most modern in Europe. The waters are particularly suitable for the treatment of liver, gastric and respiratory ailments.
