The Television Cultural Center is a 34-story skyscraper on East Third Ring Road, Guanghua Road in the Central Business District of Beijing, China. Featuring a hotel, a theater, and several television studios, the building was scheduled to open in mid-May 2009. Television Cultural Center is situated 420 metres southeast of Rosewood Beijing.

CITIC Tower, also known as China Zun, is a supertall skyscraper in the Central Business District of Beijing, China. The 109-story, 528-metre building constructed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau is the tallest in the city, surpassing the China World Trade Center Tower III by 190 metres. CITIC Tower is situated 1 km southeast of Rosewood Beijing.

The original Workers' Stadium was a multi-purpose stadium in Chaoyang, Beijing, China. The stadium was built in 1959, and was renovated in 2004. The stadium was demolished in 2020 and reopened under the same name on 15 April 2023 as a new stadium built on the original site. Beijing Workers‘ Stadium is situated 1½ km northwest of Rosewood Beijing.
