Sven is a residential building located at 29-59 Northern Boulevard in the Long Island City neighborhood of Queens, New York City. At 762 feet tall, Sven is the third-tallest building in Queens behind Skyline Tower and The Orchard, as well as one of the tallest buildings in New York City outside of Manhattan. Chase Manhattan Bank Building is situated 1,100 feet east of Queensboro Plaza station.

The Queens Plaza station is an express station on the IND Queens Boulevard Line of the New York City Subway. Located under the eastern edge of Queens Plaza at the large Queens Plaza interchange, it is served by the E train at all times, the R train at all times except late nights, the F train on weekdays during the day, and the <F> train during rush hours in the reverse peak direction. Queens Plaza station is situated 1,000 feet southeast of Queensboro Plaza station.

The Queensboro Bridge, officially the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge, is a cantilever bridge over the East River in New York City. Completed in 1909, it connects the Long Island City neighborhood in the borough of Queens with the East Midtown and Upper East Side neighborhoods in Manhattan, passing over Roosevelt Island. Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge is situated 3,500 feet northwest of Queensboro Plaza station.
