Cajamarca, also known by the Quechua name, Kashamarka, is the capital and largest city of the Cajamarca Region as well as an important cultural and commercial center in the northern Andes.
Chachapoyas

Chachapoyas is a city in northern Peru at an elevation of 2,335 meters. The city has a population of 32,026 people. Situated in the mountains far from the Peruvian coast, Chachapoyas remains fairly isolated from other regions of Peru.

Chota

Chota is a city of 47,000 people. It is the capital of Chota province in the Department of Cajamarca. It is considered the Bullfighting Capital of Northern Peru.
Cuispes

Cuispes is a small village in Amazonas Department. Cuispes is 9 km up a steep, winding gravel road from the town of Pedro Ruiz. It is the main point of access for the 895-m Yumbilla waterfall and other large waterfalls nearby.
