Khojaly

Khnatsakh or Khanyurdu is a village in the Khojaly District of Azerbaijan, in the region of Nagorno-Karabakh. Until 2023 it was controlled by the breakaway Republic of Artsakh.
Karkijahan
Town
Krkjan or Karkijahan is a settlement near the city of Stepanakert. The village had an Armenian-majority population prior to the Khaibalikend massacre in 1919 and subsequently an Azerbaijani-majority population prior to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in 1988. Karkijahan is situated 3½ km south of Khojaly.
