Changuu Island is an island in the Mjini Magharibi Region, Tanzania, off the coast of Mjini District. It is situated in the Zanzibar Channel. It is located 5.6 km northwest of Stone Town. Changuu is situated 3 km west of Chapani Island.

The House of Wonders or Palace of Wonders is a landmark building in Stone Town, Zanzibar. It is the largest and tallest building of Stone Town and occupies a prominent place facing the Forodhani Gardens on the old town's seafront in Mizingani Road. House of Wonders is situated 4 km south of Chapani Island.
