Chalcis railway station is a railway station in the city of Chalcis, in Euboea, Greece. Opened on 8 March 1904, it is now the northern terminus station of the Athens - Chalcis service of Proastiakos. Chalkida is situated 2½ km northwest of Nisís Passás.

Chalcis is the biggest city of the island of Evvia in Sterea Hellada. It is the capital of the Prefecture of Evvia. Through the Middle Ages the city was a Venetian fortress, known as "Negroponte".
