Pyrgos is an archaeological site of the Minoan civilization near Myrtos in the municipality of Ierapetra on the south coast of Crete. Pyrgos provides evidence of settlements along the southern Ierapetra Isthmus. Myrtos Pyrgos is situated 4 km southeast of Mythoi.

Gdochia is a village on Crete 20 kilometers west of Ierapetra built in an area with views of Ierapetra town and the sea. It is said to receive his name from an ancient word that means "it has rain". Gdochia is situated 3 km southwest of Mythoi.
