The Alepotrypa Cave is a Neolithic-period archaeological site on the Mani Peninsula of the Peloponnese in southern Greece. Used for burial and cult purposes, it is one of the largest burial sites ever found in Europe. Alepotrypa cave is situated 140 metres east of Diros Cave.

Apidima Cave is a complex of five caves located on the western shore of Mani Peninsula in southern Greece. A systematic investigation of the cave has yielded Neanderthal and, according to some paleoanthropologists, Homo sapiens, fossils from the Palaeolithic era. Apidima Cave is situated 3 km northwest of Diros Cave.
