Kokkinogeia is a village in the municipality of East Mani, Laconia, Greece. It is the southernmost village in mainland Greece. It is part of the local community of Lagia. Its population was 9 at the 2011 census.

Porto Kagio or Porto Káyio is a seaside village on the eastern side of the Mani Peninsula, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Porto Kagio faces a small bay on the Laconian Gulf, and is about three miles north of Cape Matapan, the southernmost tip of mainland Greece.
