Molos is a town and a former municipality in Phthiotis, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it has been a part of the municipality Kamena Vourla, of which it is a municipal unit. Molos is situated 6 km northeast of Anavra.

Tithronium or Tithronion, or Tethronium or Tethronion, was a frontier town of ancient Phocis, on the side of Doris. Livy, who calls it Tritonon, describes it as a town of Doris, but all other ancient writers place it in Phocis. Tithronio is situated 7 km south of Anavra.
