The is a located on the New Middle Ring Road in the New Capital, in the Cairo Governorate, in Northern . The mosque has a capacity of nearly 17,000 worshippers and is considered the second largest mosque in Egypt, after the Islamic Cultural Center, or Grand Mosque, and is considered one of the world's mega-mosques. is situated 6 km southwest of Cairo Governorate.

The is a mixed-use supertall skyscraper in the New Administrative Capital of . With a total structural height of almost 400 metres, it is both the tallest building and the tallest structure in Africa. is situated 6 km southeast of Cairo Governorate.
