The Gjin Aleksi Mosque is a mosque, located in the village of Rusan, near Delvinë, in the Vlorë County of Albania. Completed during the 17th century CE, the mosque was designated as a Cultural Monument of Albania.

Delvinë is a town and a municipality in Vlorë County, southern Albania, 16 kilometres northeast of Sarandë. It was formed in the 2015 local government reform by the merger of the former municipalities Delvinë and Vergo, which became municipal units.
