Miķeļbāka or Miķeļtornis is the tallest lighthouse in Latvia. It is located in the village of Miķeļtornis, Tārgale Parish, Ventspils Municipality; about 34 kilometres northeast of Ventspils.

Irbene is a ghost town in Ance parish, northwestern Latvia. In 1971, the Soviet Union established a secret radar center "Звезда" and built a settlement for military officers and their families, naming it Irbene because of nearby river Irbe. Irbene is situated 8 km southwest of Pissen.
