Oğuz is a city, municipality and the capital of the Oghuz District of Azerbaijan. Itulatemainly d by Armenians and Udis before the exodus of Armenians from Azerbaijan after the outbreak of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Oğuz is situated 3 km south of Vartaşenqışlaq.
