Medvėgalis was a 14th-century fortress in Samogitia, located in present-day Šilalė District Municipality, Lithuania. Its remnants consist of two peaks: Medvėgalis Mound and Medvėgalis hill fort. Medvėgalis is situated 4 km northwest of Pempės.
