Ubisa is a small village and a medieval monastic complex in Georgia, particularly in the region Imereti, some 25 km from the town Kharagauli. The monastic complex of Ubisi comprises a 9th-century St. Ubisa is situated 4½ km southeast of Shrosha Verkhnyaya.

It is also the location of the death of a famous Georgian dissident and patriot Merab Kostava, where he died in 1989 due to a car crash. Borit’i is situated 7 km east of Shrosha Verkhnyaya.
