Verin Sasunik is a village in the Ashtarak Municipality of the Aragatsotn Province of Armenia. It was depopulated in 1960 and resettled in 1989. Verin Sasunik is situated 3½ km north of Kosh.

Ujan is a village in the Ashtarak Municipality of the Aragatsotn Province of Armenia. Ujan is home to the first statue of General Andranik erected in Armenia. It was secretly erected at night on 4 June 1967. Ujan is situated 4 km east of Kosh.

It is home to the basilica-style church of Surb Astvatsatsin that sits along a street just off the main road beside the main cemetery. Avan is situated 4½ km north of Kosh.
