Much of the surrounding countryside, including Halikko, Kiikala, Kisko, Kuusjoki, Muurla, Perniö, Pertteli, Suomusjärvi, Särkisalo and Uskela, is nowadays incorporated into Salo. Pertteli is situated 6 km west of Toramäki.
