Racșa is a commune located in Satu Mare County, Romania. It is composed of two villages, Racșa and Racșa-Vii. Negrești-Oaș is a town in northwestern Romania, in the county of Satu Mare. Two villages, Luna and Tur, are administered by the town. The town is the capital of the Țara Oașului ethnocultural region. Negrești-Oaș is situated 9 km northeast of Racșa.
