Zhyznomyr

Zhyznomyr is a village in Chortkiv Raion of Ternopil Oblast in western Ukraine. It belongs to Buchach urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. The Strypa River flows to the eastern edge of the village.

The Buchach Castle is a ruin of a medieval castle, located in Buchach, Ternopil Oblast, Ukraine. It was built by the Buchacki family in the 14-15th century at around the time the town was founded. Buchac Castle is situated 3½ km north of Zhyznomyr.
