Novopokrovka is a village in the Polohy Raion of Zaporizhzhia Oblast in southern Ukraine. Until 18 July 2020, Novopokrovka belonged to Orikhiv Raion. The raion was abolished that day as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Zaporizhzhia Oblast to five. Novopokrovka is situated 8 km southeast of Mala Tokmachka.

Orikhiv is a city in Polohy Raion, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, southern Ukraine. It had an estimated population of 13,896, as of 1 January 2022. Early in the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, many residents were evacuated, with 6,000 remaining by August, and the city being shelled constantly by Russian artillery. Orikhiv is situated 10 km northwest of Mala Tokmachka.
