Kholodnohirskyi District

Kholodnohirskyi District is an urban district of the city of Kharkiv, Ukraine, named after a neighborhood in the city Kholodna Hora. The district appeared sometime around 1930 when Ivano-Lysohirskyi District was renamed into Leninskyi District.

The Derzhprom building is an office building located on Freedom Square in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Built in the Constructivist style, it was the first modern skyscraper building in the Soviet Union upon its completion in 1928. Derzhprom is situated 4 km east of Kholodnohirskyi District.
