Vathylakkos is a village in the Drama regional unit, Eastern Macedonia and Thrace region, northern Greece. It was formerly known as Kovitsa until 1927. Its population is 42. The village is part of the community of Monastiraki within the municipality of Drama. Vathylakkos is situated 5 km southwest of Mavrolíthi.
