Skobalj, being very small village, is mostly known as a birthplace of Dafina Milanović, founder of Dafiment Bank, who committed one of the largest Ponzi scheme monetary fraud in former Yugoslavia. Skobalj is situated 3 km northwest of Osipaonica.
