Cerje Cave or Cerjanka is a cave in southeast Serbia. With the length of 7,149 m, it is the second longest cave in Serbia after the 9,818 m long Lazar's Cave.

Topilo Spa is a small spa in southern Serbia, located 25 km north of the city of Niš, in the valley of the Toponička River. While the mineral sources had been used by villagers from Vele Polje and Kravlje for hemp processing, spa facilities are of recent date. Topilo Spa is situated 3½ km northwest of Cerje.
