Shamiram, is a village in the Shamiram Municipality of the Aragatsotn Province of Armenia. It is mostly populated by Yazidis. The village is named after the Assyrian legendary queen Semiramis.

Aruch is a village in the Ashtarak Municipality of the Aragatsotn Province of Armenia. It is located on the southern part of Mount Aragats. The settlement dates back to the 6th century when it was the winter camp of the royal army.

Dprevank is a village in the Ashtarak Municipality of the Aragatsotn Province of Armenia. The village is on the road from Dzoragyugh to Tsakhkasar. The village has been founded in 1991–1992 by Armenian refugees fleeing from Mədrəsə village of Shamakhi District of Azerbaijan. Dprevank is situated 2½ km north of Narishd.
