Nea Iraklitsa is a village, which is situated 4 km southwest of Órmos Palió.

Nea Peramos is a town 17 kilometres from Kavala, the capital of the regional unit of Kavala, Greece. Its population at the 2021 census was 3,516. Nea Peramos was settled in 1924 by Greek refugees from Peramos in Asia Minor following the Population exchange. Nea Peramos is situated 7 km southwest of Órmos Palió.

Eleftheroupoli is a town and a former municipality in the Kavala regional unit, East Macedonia and Thrace, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Pangaio, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. Eleftheroupoli is situated 8 km west of Órmos Palió.
