Deçan is a town and municipality in the district of Gjakova, Kosovo. The municipality has an area of 293.94 km2 and it includes the town and 37 smaller settlements. According to the last census of 2024, the municipality has a population of 27,775. Deçan is situated 9 km east of Jerina.

Strellc i Epërm or Gornji Streoc, meaning "Upper Streoc", is a village in the Deçan municipality of western Kosovo, located between Deçan and Pejë along the mountainous border with Albania. The majority of inhabitants are ethnic Albanians. Strellc i Epërm is situated 10 km east of Jerina.
