Chongoni is a densely forested highland reserve located in the Dedza District of Central Malawi, Malawi. Encompassing over 126 km² of rugged granite hills and valleys, it is internationally renowned for hosting the Chongoni Rock-Art Area, a UNESCO World Heritage site containing the richest and most concentrated collection of prehistoric and historic rock paintings in Central Africa.
