Morija Museum & Archives, also known as Morija Museum, is located in Morija, a large village in the Maseru district of Lesotho. The museum was formally opened in 1956, and entered its present permanent facilities in 1989. Morija Museum & Archives is situated 2½ km west of Letsie.

Morija is a tiny town in north western Lesotho, about 40 miles south of Maseru. Tim Couzens' novel Murder at Morija tells of the 1920 poisoning of one of Lesotho's first missionaries.
