Coega

The Coega Special Economic Zone is a special economic zone situated approximately 20km from , in the Eastern Cape province of . Established in 1999, and 90.03 sqkm in extent, the initiative is a multibillion-dollar industrial development complex customised for heavy, medium and light industries, and adjacent to a deep-water port, the Port of Ngqura.
