Kuwadzana is a residential suburb in Harare, Zimbabwe. It was originally known as Parkridge Fontainebleau. It lies on the city's western border, just south of the main Harare-Bulawayo road. Kuwadzana is situated 2½ km south of Dzivareskwa.

Mufakose is the totem of the Shona people of central Zimbabwe who settled in the Mazoe valley in the early nineteenth century. Three brothers of Mhofu totem Shayachimwe Mukombami, Nyakudya Chiweshe and Gutsa left their ancestral lands under Nyashanu in Buhera after domestic issues. Mufakose is situated 7 km south of Dzivareskwa.
