Gan International Airport is an international airport located on the island of Gan in Addu Atoll in the island nation of the Maldives. As of June 2024, it is one of five international airports in the Maldives.

Villingili is a resort island in Addu Atoll, Maldives. In 1997, the government of the Maldives contracted the American firm Abonmarche to build a large resort and marina on the island to attract tourism.
Gan
Island
Gan is the southernmost island of Addu Atoll, as well as the southernmost island of the Maldives. It is relatively large by Maldive standards. The origin of the word "Gan" is in the Sanskrit word "Grama", meaning "village". Gan is situated 2½ km west of Gan Channel.
