Hattian Bala is a town in Hattian Bala District of Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. The town serves as the headquarters of district and tehsil Hattian Bala. Hattian Bala is located 40 kilometers from Muzaffarabad city on the bank of Jhelum River. Hattian Bala is situated 3½ km northeast of Dandbeh.

Chikar is a hill town and the headquarters of Chikar Tehsil in Hattian Bala District, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. The town lies in the Jhelum Valley region and serves as an administrative and transit hub for routes leading toward Sudhan Gali and Leepa Valley. Chikkar is situated 5 km west of Dandbeh.
