Malchin Peak is the one of five peaks of the Tavan Bogd mountain on the Mongolia–Russia border. The Peak towers at the elevation of 4,050 m. It is the only one of the five peaks of Tavan Bogd that can be climbed without specialized mountain climbing equipment.

The Potanin Glacier is the longest glacier in Mongolia, it stretches about 14 kilometres and located through in the Altai Tavan Bogd mountain in Altai Mountains. Potanin Glacier is situated 3½ km southwest of Prokhod Argamdzhi.
