Qoʻrgʻontepa is a small city and seat of Qoʻrgʻontepa District, in Andijan Region in eastern Uzbekistan. It is located roughly 30 kilometres north of Osh, near the border with Kyrgyzstan.

Barak was, until 2024, a Kyrgyz village that was surrounded by the territory of Uzbekistan. Its de facto status as one of the world's relatively few international enclaves began in 1999. Barak is situated 7 km south of Qŭrghontepa Shahri.
