Wangping Town is a town on the eastern side of Mentougou District, Beijing, China. It borders Miaofengshan Town in its northeast, Dongxinfang Subdistrict and Longquan Town in its southeast, Yongding Town and Datai Subdistrict in its south, and Yanchi Town in its northwest. Wangping is situated 3 km south of Western Hills.

Miaofengshan, named after the mountain with the same name, is a town in Mentougou District, in the eastern edge of the Western Hills of Beijing. It borders Liucun Town to its north, Sujiatuo, Longquan and Junzhuang Towns to its east, Datai Subdistrict and Wangping Town to its south, and Yanchi Town to its west. Miaofengshan is situated 4½ km southeast of Western Hills.

Datai Subdistrict is situated 6 km southwest of Western Hills.
