Shizhu Tujia Autonomous County, or Shizhu County for short, is located in southeastern , China. It is south of the Yangtze River, and borders the Chongqing divisions of Pengshui County to the south, to the southwest, to the northwest and Wanzhou District to the north; to the east, it borders the county-level city of .
