Qin County or Qinxian is a county in the southeast-central part of province, China. It is under the administration of city. It comprises the towns of Dingchang, Guocun, Guxian, Xindian, Zhangyuan, and and the townships of Duanliu, Songcun, Cicun, Niusi, , Nanquan, and Yang'an.
