Yuen Long is an MTR station in the north-eastern part of Yuen Long Town, New Territories, Hong Kong, on the Tuen Ma line between Kam Sheung Road and Long Ping. It is an interchange between the Tuen Ma line and Yuen Long stop of the Light Rail system.

Pok Oi Hospital is a major charitable hospital in Hong Kong, serving the northwest New Territories. Located in Au Tau in Yuen Long, it was founded by residents in 1919 when Yuen Long was a still rural town.

Tuen Mun or Castle Peak is an area near the mouth of Tuen Mun River and Castle Peak Bay in the New Territories, Hong Kong. It was one of the earliest settlements in what is now Hong Kong and can be dated to the Neolithic period. Tuenmen is situated 8 km west of Yuen Long District.

Yuen Long is a town in the western New Territories, Hong Kong. To its west lie Hung Shui Kiu, Tin Shui Wai, Lau Fau Shan and Ha Tsuen, to the south Shap Pat Heung and Tai Tong, to the east Au Tau and Kam Tin, and to the north Nam Sang Wai.
