Buffalo Hill is a hill located in Ma On Shan Country Park west of Sai Kung, in the eastern half of Hong Kong. It is particularly well known for its peak resembling the head of a Buffalo when viewed from Sha Tin.

West Buffalo Hill or Wong Ngau Shan is a 604-metre-high hill within Ma On Shan Country Park, New Territories, Hong Kong. It lies directly west of Buffalo Hill, thus receiving its name. Stage 4 of the MacLehose Trail passes through the hill.
