It is the current southwestern terminus of Seoul Subway Line 4 located almost 30 kilometers southwest of Seoul, connecting Oido to other parts of Korea. Oido is situated 3 km northwest of Chungnyul-li.

Ttaegol Village, alternatively Ddaetgol Village, is an enclave of Koryo-saram in Seonbu-dong, Danwon District, Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. In Russian, the area goes by Ttekkol Samgori, where "samgori" is Korean for "three-way intersection". Ttaetgol Village is situated 2½ km southeast of Chungnyul-li.
