Kōzen Temple

Kōzen-ji is a Buddhist temple belonging to the Tendai sect located in the city of Komagane, Nagano, Japan. It is one of the five major Tendai temples in the Shin'etsu region of Japan. Its main image is a hibutsu statue of Fudō Myō-ō. Kōzen Temple is situated 3 km northeast of Shonofue-yama.

Iijima is a town located in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. As of 1 April 2019, the town had an estimated population of 9,446 in 3599 households, and a population density of 110 persons per km2. The total area of the town is 86.96 square kilometres. Iijima is situated 5 km southeast of Shonofue-yama.

Chuo Alps or Kiso Mountains or Central Alps are a mountain range mostly located in Nagano. There are several hiking routes in the mountains and most of them are suitable for all hikers and require only a little earlier experience.
