Shiro-yama

Shiro-yama is a hill in Kagoshima, Kagoshima and has an elevation of 61 metres. Shiro-yama is situated nearby to the quarter Terukunicho, as well as near Yamashitacho.

Mount Shiroyama is a mountain located in Kagoshima, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. The true height is 107m. The original name is Tsuru ga mine The mountain is famous as the site of the Battle of Shiroyama in 1877, at the end of the Satsuma rebellion.

Kagoshima Castle was an Edo period flatland-style Japanese castle located in the city of Kagoshima, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. Its ruins have been protected as a National Historic Site since 2023.

Kagoshima City Museum of Art opened within the Ninomaru of Tsurumaru Castle in Kagoshima, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan, in 1985. The collection includes works by local artists Kuroda Seiki, Fujishima Takeji, and Wada Eisaku, as well as Western painters Claude Monet and Paul Cézanne.
