The Tottori Sand Dunes are sand dunes located outside the city center of Tottori in Tottori Prefecture, Japan. With a length of 9 miles and a width of less than 1.5 miles, it is the largest sand dune in Japan. Tottori Sand Dunes is situated 2½ km east of Sendai River.
