The Rakusan-en is a traditional Japanese garden located in the town of Kanra, Gunma Prefecture, Japan. It became a nationally designated Place of Scenic Beauty in 2000.
Tomioka Silk Mill

Tomioka Silk Mill is Japan's oldest modern model silk reeling factory, established in 1872 by the government to introduce modern machine silk reeling from France and spread its technology in Japan. Tomioka Silk Mill is situated 3½ km northwest of Obata.
