The Shiwaku Islands or Shiwaku-jima are an archipelago in the Seto Inland Sea, between the larger Japanese islands of Honshu and Shikoku. The group is part of Kagawa Prefecture and consists of 28 islands of various sizes.- Type: Islet

The museum is located in the city of Sakaide, Kagawa Prefecture, Japan, where Higashiyama's grandfather was born. Higashiyama Kaii Seouchi Art Museum is situated 3½ km south of Shiwaku Islands.
